What our clients are saying

"As a newbie to meditation, I had some trepidation about what to expect from my first class. Ali created a balanced, grounded, and safe space that allowed for a complete connection to self. Her class allowed me to connect and sit with an emotion I've been avoiding. I was deeply surprised at the awareness I was able to achieve."

"Myself, My daughter and my niece attended the 4-week beginner yoga class with Alicia and we absolutely loved it. She is very patient and takes the time to help you adjust to get the most out of your practice. It was the perfect pace to get back into yoga for all three of us and we look forward to attending more of her classes in the future!!"

MELISSA + LISA

"I was fortunate enough to have a somatoemotional release session with Nicole! She was phenomenal, her intuition is bang on and her style is compassionate and kind. She creates a safe place to explore clearing wounds that are being held in our bodies and she helped me release some big emotions that were trapped in my fascia. My body feels so much better now, it's hard to explain in words but I feel more embodied. I highly recommend if you're willing to do the inner work and are ready to release trapped emotions then go see Nicole!"

TARA

"Walking through the doors of Saynas Collective Healing was the best thing I've done all week. I had signed up to come to a sound bath and I am so glad I did. I didn't know what to expect but I will definitely be coming back. From the moment you open the door, you feel right at home and the aroma in the air makes you want to stay there all day. The sound bath was incredible. I had no idea what to expect but after it was over I could tell I felt a bit more cleansed. Laying there for an hour, relaxing, and feeling everyone else's energy was amazing. The instructor was awesome and I am so grateful for her sharing her knowledge with us all. Everyone needs to take time in their week to come to this place ... you're body and soul will thank you."
